To my Just Lassen to Me! readers and friends:

In the summer of 2005, I started my 15-year journey to contemplate and write down what had transpired, and why, in my life with my finagling entrepreneurial father and tumultuous immigrant family. With the final volume of my memoir series published in May, and then having updated all of my books (they can be found on www.IngramSpark.com and soon on www.Amazon.com and other online outlets), my journey is complete. It was not a smooth or easy voyage, with many hard lessons, challenging insights, and important learning along the way, but I believe I am better for it. And, I have been able to pen a powerful, poignant, and profound story for others to ponder, be prodded or provoked by, and gain pleasure from.

For those who have bought and read one or more of my books, and to those of you who wrote terrific book endorsements or Amazon reviews, thank you for your generous support of my life’s work. Thousands of dollars have been donated to the UUUM and Jan Doe to support victims of domestic violence and abuse, and I expect to give more as additional books are disseminated into the world.

Volume Four of Just Lassen to Me! brings with it the culmination of the Johnny Simkovits and sons saga. We learn how Harvy survives his father’s furtive finances and his brother’s brazenness.
